Amanda Sulc
Director of Category Insights and Strategy, Accent Food Services, Moderator

Although newer to the industry, Amanda Sulc has found her niche as Directory of Category Insights & Strategy for Accent Food Services. With a MBA and career development in marketing and consumer insights, she focuses her efforts on growing same store sales through strategic channel initiatives, product innovation, and promotions. Amanda currently serves as the Vice Chair for the Emerging Leaders Network, is a member of WIN, and a graduate of NAMA’s Executive Development Program in 2016.

Jen Tonio
Marketing Manager, 365 Retail Markets

Jen Tonio is the Marketing Manager for 365 Retail Markets, where she leads all strategic marketing and communication efforts, in addition to managing media relations, branding, internal communications, social media and website development. Jen is a frequent presenter in NAMA’s Micro Market Seminar series and is the Social Media Liaison for NAMA’s Emerging Leaders Network (ELN).

Before joining 365, Jen held various marketing roles throughout the emerging technology and automotive industries including: automotive publishing company Tweddle Group and software design and development firm Vectorform. With over 10 years of marketing experience, Jen has worked on projects for a variety of major brands including: Toyota, Chrysler, DTE Energy and Coca-Cola.

Jen studied marketing and communications and obtained her degree from Oakland University.


C.J. Recher
Director of Marketing, Five Star Food Service, Inc.

C. J. Recher is the Director of Marketing for Five Star Food Service, an operator based in Chattanooga, TN. He serves as the Chair of NAMA’s Emerging Leaders Network Steering Committee, the industry’s young professionals organization. Recher has nearly a decade of sales and marketing experience and is a graduate of NAMA’s Executive Development Program.


Sarah Miller
Sales and Marketing Specialist, Vistar

Sarah Miller has over five years of experience in the food industry, most recently with Vistar Distribution.  With Vistar she manages their ‘Better For You’ category across all business segments.  As a specialist in the area she leads the company’s strategic development toward overall future growth and expansion. In her role, she is focused leading the way for these ‘BFY’ type of items.  She is very involved within NAMA, participating in their Emerging Leaders Network and serves on their steering committee as well as takes part in the NAMA DC Fly-In.
