Pantry Services is the next great employee recruitment and retention tool for your customer and the newest way to diversify your revenue stream and add to your product line! This session will provide valuable insight, best practices and lessons learned about the importance of pantry services in offices today from the both the customer and service provider perspectives. You will come away from this session with an understanding of what makes this program successful, and why, for both the customer and the service provider.

Tom Steuber is the second generation owner of Associated Services. Associated Services is the winner of both the NAMA and NCSA Silver Service award for excellence in Office Coffee. Tom currently serves on NAMA’s Coffee Service Committee and has earned the CCS distinction as a Certified Coffee Specialist.


Kimberly Lenz
Director of Food Service Sales and Procurement, Associated Services

Kimberly joined the Associated Services team seven years ago bringing with her a wealth of experience from her years at Mars Drinks and many years in the wine and spirits industry.  She has brought her passion for healthy snacks and superior customer service to spearhead the snacks division at Associated.  Kimberly is a graduate of Boston University with work experience in multiple regions across the country.


Marnell Mullarkey
Director, Operations, Popsugar

Marnell Mullarkey is Director of Operations at POPSUGAR where she oversees facilities for the global media technology company, now the #1 lifestyle brand for young women.

Prior to joining POPSUGAR, Marnell spent over 10 years as Executive Team Manager at Proteus Digital Health, a pioneering new digital healthcare offering with 500 employees and over $1B valuation. She began her career as a web engineer to health care and technology companies.

Marnell holds a B.S. in Management Information Systems from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. In her spare time she can be found running or bike riding along the beach near her home in Half Moon Bay.
