For over 10 years in his development of the QCCP, Mike has helped focus the attention of coffee service and retail operators on the art and science of brewing coffee. A former teacher, Mike also assists the Specialty Coffee Association of America to develop and conduct courses on coffee brewing and brewing equipment.
