The Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center, located in the heart of beautiful Music City, Nashville, Tennessee, will serve as the headquarters location for all meetings and events related to NAMA Coffee, Tea & Water. There are more than a dozen restaurants located right on site and shuttles to some of the area’s top attractions. We look forward to seeing you soon.

The daily resort fee will be included in the guest room rate if booked in NAMA’s room block. This fee covers several amenities.*

Transportation


Hotel Shuttle

When you arrive at BNA visit the Gaylord Welcome Desk to take advantage of a round-trip shuttle for only $30 (or $19 one way)! Advance tickets are available. The welcome desk is located on the lower level of the airport between the two escalators. The shuttle is located immediately to the left as you exit the front door.


Rental Cars

Hertz Rental Car is offering an exclusive meeting discount for all CTW attendees. Please use this special code, CV#022Q8282, to take advantage of their special rates, which includes unlimited mileage. Advance reservations are recommended, as cars are subject to availability. Please note, when reservations are booked, the meeting rates will be automatically compared to Hertz published rates to ensure you receive the best comparable rates.


Driving Directions

The Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center is 8.3 miles from the Nashville International Airport (BNA). From the airport travel south on Terminal Drive toward BNA Arriving Flights. After 0.7 mile make a slight right followed by a slight left to stay on Terminal Drive. Travel 0.6 mile and take the ramp onto Interstate 40 West. Travel 1.2 miles to exit 215B and merge onto TN-155 North/Briley Parkway. Travel 4.3 miles to exit 11 for Opry Mills Drive. Continue straight ahead for 0.9 mile to Opryland Drive and turn right. Travel 0.4 mile and turn left to the hotel.

ICE! Featuring Rudolph the
Red-Nosed Reindeer

ICE! is back with a new theme in 2016! Experience favorite scenes from Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer brought to life in magnificent sculptures hand-carved from more than TWO million pounds of ice.

Behind the scenes tours are available. VIP ticket includes VIP Entrance/Front of line access, hot chocolate drink from ICE Bar, Gloves, Guided tour through ICE, Meet and Greet with Artisan and translator. VIP tickets are $220.69.

Belle Meade Plantation

The Planation is open daily from 9am – 5pm. Your visit will include a tour led by a trained and costumed guide through the plantation’s beautiful Greek-Revival mansion commissioned by John Harding in 1845. Your ticket also includes access to Belle Meade’s many other historic buildings on the plantation grounds including a dairy, horse stable, carriage house, mausoleum, gardens, and a log cabin.

Cheekwood Botanical Gardens & Museum of Art

Tours are offered Tuesday – Sunday from 9am – 5pm. The history and origin of Cheekwood are intimately interwoven with the growth of Nashville, the Maxwell House coffee brand and the Cheeks, one of the city's early entrepreneurial families. The home, botanical gardens and art museum sit on 55 acres remaining in its mostly natural historical state.

Country Music Hall of Fame

Open daily from 9am – 5pm. No trip to Nashville is complete without visiting The Country Music Hall of Fame® and Museum. It seeks to collect, preserve, and interpret the evolving history and traditions of country music. Through exhibits, publications, and educational programs, the museum teaches its diverse audiences about the enduring beauty and cultural importance of country music.

Grand Ole Opry

The Grand Ole Opry House offers daily tours. NAMA guests will receive a $2.00 discount on daytime tours by phone or online using the code BNAC16. The Opry, an American icon and Nashville’s number-one attraction, is world-famous for creating one-of-a-kind entertainment experiences for audiences of all ages. It’s been called the “home of American music” and “country’s most famous stage.”

Nashville Symphony

The Nashville Songbook with Mandy Barnett will be held at the Symphony, November 10 – 12. Tickets may be purchased online or by phone. Located in the heart of Nashville’s thriving downtown, Schermerhorn Symphony Center is home to the Nashville Symphony. Notable for its remarkable acoustics and distinctive architecture, this 197,000-square-foot facility has become an integral part of cultural life in Music City and is regarded as one of the finest concert halls in the United States.

Ryman Theatre

Tours are available daily from 9am – 4pm. The Mother Church of Country Music" is the most famous former home of the Grand Ole Opry and a must see for anyone visiting Nashville. In addition to tours, there is an Opry at the Ryman show on Friday, November 11th at 7:00pm. Tickets range in price from $37-$77 and can be purchased online.
