Seth Mattison has been studying workforce trends and generational dynamics for over ten years, and has insights on how each generation’s story shapes their views of the world. Seth shares these stories to help make sense of cultural shifts in society and organizations.

Seth says, “We are witnessing the greatest fundamental shift the world has seen in the way we organize, collaborate, connect and contribute since the Industrial Revolution. For the past decade I’ve looked at what I believe to be some of the most important trends to impact how we build relationships both in the workplace as well as in the marketplace, how we lead our teams, how we connect with our colleagues, and how we will ultimately position our organizations to win in the new world of work.”

Seth was born on a fourth generation farm in Minnesota where he grew up working alongside his father, grandfather and great grandfather, who were great storytellers and provided the grounding to Seth that each generation has their own unique story. With this background, Seth will explore important workplace trends, and connect these dynamics to the opportunities with the coffee services industry.
